Delete your account

Delete it yourself, straight away

Sign in at app.vipergto.com and open Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account, then confirm with your password. No app install is needed — this works in a browser.

This works for every account, whichever platform you signed up on.

What gets removed

The account itself: email address, password hash, verification state, and any linked Google or Apple sign-in identifiers.

Everything held against it: uploaded hands and their per-decision scores, session log entries, usage counters, entitlements and subscription records. An active subscription is cancelled at the same time.

Deletion runs immediately rather than marking the account for later removal — the rows are gone, and we cannot recover them for you afterwards.

Anything that only ever lived on your device (training stats, the mistake book, language preference) was never uploaded; clearing site data or uninstalling the app removes it.

If you cannot sign in

For a forgotten password, use “Forgot password” at app.vipergto.com.

If you have also lost access to the registered address, write to hi@vipergto.com from the email address you registered with, with “Delete account” as the subject. We delete the account once we can see the request came from its own address, and reply when it is done.

That message is used to verify the request and carry out the deletion, and for nothing else.

Take a copy first

To keep your data, export saved hands and the session log from Settings → Data & privacy before deleting. It cannot be exported afterwards.
