Delete your account

Delete it yourself, straight away

Sign in at app.vipergto.com and open Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account, then follow the identity confirmation shown. No app install is needed — this works in a browser.

This works for every account, whichever platform you signed up on.

What gets removed

The account itself: email address, password hash, verification state, and any linked Google or Apple sign-in identifiers.

Everything held against it: uploaded hands and their per-decision scores, session log entries, usage counters, entitlements and subscription records. An active subscription bought on the web is cancelled at the same time. A subscription bought in the iOS or Android app keeps renewing until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account, so cancel it there before deleting.

Deletion runs immediately rather than marking the account for later removal — the rows are gone, and we cannot recover them for you afterwards.

Anything that only ever lived on your device (training stats, the mistake book, language preference) was never uploaded; clearing site data or uninstalling the app removes it.

If you cannot sign in

For a forgotten password, use “Forgot password” at app.vipergto.com.

If you still cannot sign in, write to hi@vipergto.com from your registered email if possible, with “Delete account” as the subject. If you no longer have access to that address, say so; we need to verify your identity before handling deletion and replying.

That message is used to verify the request and carry out the deletion, and for nothing else.

Take a copy first

To keep your data, export saved hands and the session log from Settings → Data & privacy before deleting. It cannot be exported afterwards.
