The service

Viper GTO provides post-session review, strategy solving and training for No-Limit Hold’em. Solving runs on your device; accounts, saved hands and the AI coach run on our servers.

No real-time assistance

This product is for post-session review and off-table training only. Using it to inform decisions in a hand you are currently playing (RTA) is prohibited. Nearly every poker site bans it, and any account closure or loss of funds that follows is yours alone.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or work around plan limits.

Subscriptions and refunds

Paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically. Cancel any time through the Stripe customer portal in Settings → Plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play follow that platform’s refund policy.

If a defect on our side leaves the service unusable for you, contact us and we will handle the refund case by case.

Disclaimer

Solver output is a numerical approximation with non-zero exploitability. It is a study tool, not a guarantee of results. Poker involves risk, and your betting decisions are entirely your own.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Changes

If these terms change materially we update the date at the top of this page and, where it matters, tell you by email. Continued use means you accept the revised terms.
